You are not alone. Your story is not over.
Life can become incredibly heavy. There may be days when the pain feels overwhelming, when you feel exhausted from fighting, or when you wonder if things will ever get better.
But please keep fighting.
You don't have to have everything figured out today. Sometimes strength isn't about being fearless or pretending you're okay. Sometimes strength is simply getting through one more hour, one more day, and refusing to give up on the possibility that tomorrow can be different.
Reach out.
Talk to your family. Call a friend. Tell someone you trust what you're going through. You don't have to carry everything by yourself. There is no shame in asking for help, and there is no weakness in saying, "I need someone right now."
And if you don't feel like you have anyone to turn to, reach out to me. I may not have all the answers, but I will listen. Sometimes having someone simply hear you can make the weight feel a little lighter. yourkillercustomscom@yahoo.com email me if you need serious help we can talk on the phone I'd be happy to talk to you!
Most importantly, remember this:
A bad chapter does not mean a bad ending.
The darkness you're experiencing right now does not define your entire life. Feelings can change. Circumstances can change. Tomorrow can bring something you cannot see from where you're standing today.
Stay. Fight. Reach out.
Your life has value.
Your voice matters.
Your pain matters.
And there is still hope.
